The Academy of Medical Royal Colleges (the Academy) is the coordinating body for the 24 medical Royal Colleges and Faculties across the UK and Ireland. We ensure that patients are safely and properly cared for by setting standards for the way doctors are educated, trained and monitored throughout their careers. As a national health charity, the Academy supports key partnerships across the four nations including NHS, HEE and the charity sector.
