The original 6 soil stacks have been identified as being in a state of disrepair and require replacing with an upgraded HDPE system. The works will include breaking in to existing ducts via the individual flats and isolate all connected waste pipes. Remove the existing soil stacks in sections from each flat and replace with HDPE Terrain Fuze system or similar.
