The Council is seeking tenders from a dynamic, forward thinking and innovative suppliers to operate an Ice Cream concessions business at nominated sites for the duration of the Air Festival for the years 2018, 2019 and 2020. The Council already operates a number of its own Ice Cream retailing outlets, however this is an opportunity for a supplier to rent additional areas to retail ice cream in the busiest period of the summer season.
