North Star needs to update it's IT infrastructure to ensure that it has a reliable, robust and scalable platforms which will meet increased technology demands from the business and which will support it's business transformation and digital strategies. In the short term, the solution will require the capacity and resilience to reliably continue the delivery of the applications to all office based and mobile workers and support digital services which are delivered to customers.
