The Customer will work with the Contractor and other partners to demonstrate that people with learning disabilities can enable employers to succeed as organisations/businesses. The Customer's intention is to pilot an approach to work placements and recruitment for people with learning disabilities in the water sector and the Customer and Contractor to provide practical case studies and a supporting pack that could be used to increase uptake in other organisations.
