Independent Travel Training for Young People

Derbyshire Children and Young Peoples Trust is inviting applications from organisations who wish to provide person centred independent travel training opportunities for vulnerable children and young people, the majority of whom may have some disability.Priority for places on the training will be given to young people who Derbyshire County Council has identified as likely to gain the most benefit from the experience.The intended outcomes of the service are: That young people become more independent and gain confidence by being able to travel independently.
