A preliminary scoping exercise has been carried out to identify suitable sites for infill development on housing land owned by the Authority. The Phase 1 project was tendered and awarded in 2015 and comprised 3 different sites; Chenduit Way and Binyon Crescent for Affordable Rent (ART) and Masefield Avenue for private sale.
