Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Support Contract

Nehemiah UCHA wish to appoint a supplier to support their current ICT activity and advise the organisation in regard to the opportunities to embrace emerging technologies in a cost effective and efficient manner. The document provides information about the organisation and sets out their expectations in regard to both the service requirement and the supplier. For the purposes of this procurement ICT includes networks, systems, applications, telephony, communications media, support and maintenance services.
