Installation of Ceiling Firebreaks at Kingsdown School, Southend on Sea

Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to install ceiling firebreaks at Kingsdown School, Southend on Sea. The works will include installation of firebreaks from false ceiling to roof along either side of the corridors on a single storey school building. The void above the ceiling does not exceed 600mm. The firebreak can be in rockwool fire blanket or ½ hour fire rated plasterboard. All services passing through the break will need to be sealed with a ½ hour fire rated product.
