The installation shall be compliant with BS 5839 Part 1: 2013 Category L1 and Part M of the Building Regulations. The winning contractor will also provide training on the use of the system following successful commissioning and provide annual maintenance visits on an annual fee for a minimum of three years and a maximum of five.
