We are looking for someone who understands the regulatory framework of the water sector well and can provide strategic direction and challenge. We seek a Contractor who can challenge our thinking from an outside perspective, with particular focus on the context of how company boards operate and the responsibilities placed upon them. In particular on the financial ring-fence arrangements which are in place. It is equally important that they understand the broader range of licence and culture-change issues which we and the sector are considering, and that they can develop the strategic knitting of these into a coherent package of work.
