Cheltenham Borough Council (CBC) has identified a need to comprehensively review its strategic approach to parking provision within the borough of Cheltenham, in order to optimise support for the local economy, whilst at the same time supporting the use of more sustainable transport modes and retaining or increasing current income levels.
