Arden and GEM CSU are looking to implement an apprenticeship programme within Arden & GEM CSU across all of our sites. We will initially have a focused approach in Business Administration with the view to widening this and to reskill and upskill staff across the business at various locations over the course of 12-18 months. We will also look be looking at offering level 4-7 apprenticeship programmes. This will be in line with NHSE requirements that we employ apprentices and also is developing capacity prior to the introduction of the national Apprentice Levy in 2017.
