At Alliance, we are on a cultural change journey which will take us through the next 5 years. Our \"Plan A\" sets out our two clear ambitions, to deliver a great customer experience and to increase the supply of housing, in order to meet our purpose of 'improving lives, benefiting communities'. We currently have a modernisation agenda in progress and are looking to make better use of our head office facilities.
