Yarlington currently spends in excess of £12m each year on improving our residents' homes and we would like to set up a 12-month supply and fit agreement with the right organisation that wants to work with us, in partnership, which helps support our commitment to create a better environment for our residents, deliver our programmes on time and within budget. The contract will be for an initial period of 11 months commencing 1 May 2019 and terminating 31 March 2020. We would like the option to extend the contract on an annual basis where possible.
