IT0100 Highways Asset Management Software

Each Authority wishes to appoint a single contractor for the provision and maintenance of a Remote Hosted (contractor to host) Highways Infrastructure Asset Management System. This is being procured under the open procedure. The Authorities reserve the right not to conclude any Contract as a result of the current procurement process. Wiltshire Council and Oxfordshire County Council are carrying out a full open tender process to replace current systems each with their own instance of a highways infrastructure asset management system.
