Leeds City Council is seeking to procure a Treasury Management Solution. The Treasury Management Solution will support the Council in the management of financial activities in relation to its external borrowing, lending and cash flow. This includes the following: • Managing Council loans and investments • Calculation of interest • Management of counterparties • Standard settlement instructions • Recording and reporting on the management of Council cash flow information It will also provide management reporting and reconciliation to the Council's financial system.
