What the buyer wrote
Invitation to Tender Documents for requirement ref. ACT/04580. The Ministry of Defence has a legal responsibility to ensure that its operations are conducted in as safe manner as is reasonably practicable, as stipulated in the Secretary of State for Defence's policy statement 'Safety, Health and Environmental Protection in the Ministry of Defence', and the provision of an Independent Consultancy forms part of this process.
