ITT for Intermediate Care Beds for South Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group (SNCCG)

This is an ITT for the provision of Intermediate Care Beds for South Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group (SNCCG). This procurement will provide intermediate care for people who are considered unsafe to remain in or return to their own homes but who would have the capacity to live independently within their own home if provided with suitable interim support; i.e., it will help prevent mainly frail older people transferring to long-term care directly from an acute hospital.
