Imperial War Museums (IWM) is tendering for a contractor to undertake the refurbishment of the Gate Lodge located at IWM London including the design and installation of mechanical and electrical elements. The project involves the strip-out and refurbishment of internal and external areas. Works include removal of existing services, partitions, finishes, and sanitaryware, followed by installation of new internal partitions, doorsets, sanitaryware, mechanical and electrical systems, and finishes.
