The requirement includes the provision of services to Service personnel both by working as part of a Defence Primary Healthcare (DPHC) team at the DPHC Medical Centre, and by providing support in the form of availability for supply of telephone advice and a facility for same-day appointments from the Contractor's own Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered premises, which must be reachable by road from Swanton Morley within 30 minutes.
