This Tender is for the provision of Consultancy Services for a client- side advisor, with scope of services as defined in Schedule 2- Specification, for a new Public Sector Hub office development. The development, which will comprise new build alongside internal alterations to the existing County Hall building, will be located at County Hall, Busher Walk, Kendal.
