Kingsmead Grounds Maintenance Contract

Kingsmead Parish Council manages a variety of open, communal land, which includes significant areas of grassed amenity land, hedges, shrubs, associated paths and paved areas. The Parish Council wishes to let a contract to maintain these areas of Kingsmead, including the emptying of litter bins, for the enjoyment and pleasure of its residents. One of the Parish Council's objectives is to create opportunities for people to engage in leisure opportunities, increasing the quality of life and environmental awareness.
