The project involves the creation of new teaching spaces and the refurbishment of the existing changing facilities to provide improved facilities for cyclists. It should be noted that the building within which the site is situated will be remain operational throughout the early stages of the contract period, and as such bidders should make allowances for carrying out noisy or disruptive works outside normal working hours.
