HES requires a boat service from Castlebay to Kisimul Castle using the vessel provided by HES and a site labourer to carry out minor works. To provide a fully trained boatman (Royal Yacht Association or equivalent) to operate a Passenger/Cargo ferry service between Castlebay and Kisimul Castle including a site labourer to carry out minor works (see section 3.7).
