KPI Review and Audit Services

In order to meet governance and probity requirements, TRP require an independent audit of the KPI reports issued by our incumbent Facilities Management Contractor to verify that the fee calculations being calculated by them are correct and to ensure that TRP are making the correct profit payments. This independent audit should consist of four quarterly KPI audits and an Annual Audit Statement at the end of the 4th quarterly audit.
