L B Bromley Condition Surveys/ Asset Register/ 10 Year Maintenance Plan

L B Bromley owns operational and investment buildings throughout the borough. The Council requires condition surveys for these buildings. The survey is to cover the internal and external building fabric, mechanical and electrical services and outbuildings, boundaries and external paving and roads. The survey will identify all works needed at the time of the survey and which will become necessary within 10 years. These works should be priority coded and costed. In order to enhance and promote energy efficiency, recommendations should also be included in the report on ways in which buildings and plant can be developed and improved on.
