London Luton Airport (LLA) is seeking to establish a contract(s) for the provision of sustainability consultancy services, which has been split into four Lots; 1) Strategy and Reporting; 2) Climate Change and Air Quality; 3) Energy Efficiency and Renewables; and 4) Community and Supply Chain. This framework of agreements will be for a duration of five years with the option to extend twice, each for one additional year (5+1+1 years total) and each agreement will be a zero-value contract. Spend on this framework will be capped at £2.5 million across all lots and the whole contract duration (including extensions), subject to demand.
