Lancaster Conference Centre M&E Works

This work package is primarily centred on renewal of the mechanical heating, cooling and ventilation services, located above ceiling level throughout Lancaster University's Conference Centre building, which dates to c.1989. LCC is one of a number of dedicated conferencing facilities on the campus and is located off Green Lane. The building is annexed to the Lancaster House Hotel (not part of Lancaster University), but remains separate in all aspects, including services. The University envisages and expects the appointed Contractor to be a specialist in this field, and or be able to demonstrate considerable experience in undertaking this type of work.
