NDA Properties Ltd, the Contracting Authority, are looking to tender repair works to Seascale Hall Farm under a JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractors Design (ICD) 2016. Note all works are to be completed in compliance with Listed Building Consent (Including discharge conditions) and inspected as required throughout the works duration.
