LB Havering - Adult Drug & Alcohol Service

Havering Council is commissioning a specialist adult drug and alcohol treatment and recovery service. The purpose of the drug and alcohol service is to maximise opportunities for the identification and engagement of residents with substance misuse needs, to reduce drug and alcohol related harm and promote recovery in the community. This will be achieved by working closely together in partnership with service users, families and agencies in the wider health and care system in Havering.
