The services which are being procured as part of this Procurement are to provide transportation of Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) materials as instructed by the Council. Lincolnshire County Council is the statutory Waste Collection Authority in Lincolnshire. The Council operates eleven Household Waste Recycling Centres in Lincoln, Market Rasen, Gainsborough, Louth, Tattershall, Skegness, Boston, Spalding, Sleaford, Grantham and Bourne. The Contract is for the transportation of material from the HWRCs to disposal point sites.
