Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust (DCHS) aims to source a provider to design, develop and deliver a leadership development programme for staff working closely with and leading on change and service transformation within the organisation. The programme will support staff to develop as leaders, role modelling compassionate, inclusive and collaborative behaviours for improvement.
