For this project Leeds City College are looking to engage with a supplier to work with the in house HR department and Health and Safety teams to reduce overall employee sickness and absence, to address the causes of work related ill-health, to promote general wellbeing and implement an occupational health management system which is electronically enabled, presenting a self-service portal for staff while offering some reporting and higher functionality for back office HR and management staff.
