Leicestershire County Council (the Council) is seeking to identify and appoint one Contractor to provide a top up gully emptying service in the northern part of the County. The Contract will be awarded for carrying out during the 2017/ 2018 financial year with a service period between 4th September 2017 and 31st March 2018. It is anticipated the contract will include the emptying in the region of 30,000 gully pots on a planned basis.
