The Council has taken the decision to create a wholly owned company Active Torridge to operate its leisure facilities from 1st April 2022. Active Torridge is seeking a partner to provide it with back office services, services to be provided detailed within the specification. In the first instance Active Torridge is looking for a three year agreement with an option to extend for another years. There are currently three leisure centres to be managed operated by Active Torridge, the current opening times are included within the specification: these opening hours may be relaxed.
