There are 17 Libraries within the London Borough of Hillingdon to be refurbished in accordance to the employer's requirements (refer to Appendix A2) and design specification. Out of the 17 Libraries there are 2 Libraries sites (Charville Library and Ruislip Manor Library) that are fully designed and can be quoted.
