The Contractor shall undertake and complete appropriate servicing and repair of all the Equipment listed in the schedule, with the aim of prolonging the life of the equipment, to reduce unnecessary breakdowns and to manage the risks of equipment failure. The tender is to provide cover for a fully comprehensive service, repair and maintenance care of the lifts throughout the full 24 hour period of each calendar day throughout the contract period. Including all attendances for breakdown and lift-related incidents however arising, but excluding those elements indicated in the schedule of exclusions.
