Blackpool Council wishes to appoint a Contractor/s who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous bid. It is anticipated that the contract term will be from 1 August 2019 to 31 July 2022, with the option to extend incrementally for a period of 1 year + 1 year (subject to contract review and budget availability).
