The opportunity to participate in the procurement process for the award of a place on the Framework is advertised via an OJEU Contract Notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union. The procurement process is being undertaken in accordance with the Restricted Procedure and the ITT is issued to all Tenderers that have been successfully shortlisted following submission and evaluation of the PAS 91 Selection Questionnaire.
