<b>Introduction</b> LMH and LMH groups are looking to potentially commission services for a health and wellbeing service this is to be a 2 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months. Subject to requirement and funding: The purpose of this requirement is to work across LMH neighbourhoods, actively engaging residents to improve their health and wellbeing through sport, physical exercise and positive activities to promote behavioural change.
