This plan will support the refresh of the Economic Strategy; development of the Greater Grimsby Town Deal and inform other plans/proposals for economic regeneration within NEL. The LEA will combine analysis of existing national/regional/local datasets with qualitative research including interviews with key public and private sector stakeholders
