London Borough of Brent Traffic Enforcement Agency

The London Borough of Brent intends to appoint two Enforcement Agency firms to provide various services related to the pursuit and collection of County Court Registered Debts for which a Warrant of Control has been approved. These will have arisen from Penalty Charge Notices issued for civil parking, bus lane and moving traffic contraventions. The services to be provided include:- a. Pursuit and receipt of payment through enforcement of Warrants of Control b. Respond to enquiries and complaints received by letter, telephone, fax, e-mail and personal contact c.
