Active Homecare Framework (AHF) is the name for a new type framework (this process is known under EU Procurement law as a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)) which is a variation to the standard framework agreement. The AHF concerns the provision of homecare only. It allows for a number of Providers to be appointed to deliver services of a similar nature (homecare) by successfully completing an evaluation process.
