The programme includes the installation of replacement fire doors. Works will be delivered via fixed cost, SOR and quotation based pricing under a JCT Measured Term Contract (as amended) for a maximum of five years (3 + 1 + 1). LBH is following a two-stage Restricted procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
