London Borough of Havering Repairs and Voids Contract

The London Borough of Havering ("LBH") is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced service providers for the provision of responsive repairs and void works to its housing stock under a 10-year TPC 2005 (as amended). Works are to be delivered primarily through a Price Per Property and Price Per Void model. The contract will also include the provision of repairs and maintenance call handling during normal working hours, with the option to extend that to include all repair and maintenance call handling services including emergencies out of hours.
