The London Borough of Ealing is conducting a joint procurement under regulation 38 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The potential participating contracting authorities are the 32 London Local Authorities and the City of London Corporation (see http://www.directory.londoncouncils.gov.uk for list of members) and also the G15 group of Housing Associations (see http://g15london.org.uk for list of members). The Potential Participating Authorities are also boroughs and housing associations outside of London, though the first phase will focus on London.
