London Luton Airport Mass Transit Scheme - System Works

Design, construction, commissioning and testing of the systems works for a new 2.1km long guided mass rapid passenger transit system to run from Stirling Place, close to Luton Airport Parkway station, to Luton Airport terminal. The works will include guided track, rolling stock, signalling, mechanical and electrical services, platform screen doors and all associated works. The successful contractor will also be required to operate and maintain the system for a period of up to 5 years (with an option for LLAL to extend this by a further 5 years).
