Works will be delivered under a TPC 2005 (as amended) for a maximum of 10 years subject to the satisfactory performance of the appointed Service Provider. It will run for an initial 5 years with the option to extend by up to a further 5 years. Works will be delivered using a blend of Schedules of Rates plus day rates.
