LPS CAS - Supply of Plants, Compost, Fertiliser, Shelters and Stakes for the Penwortham By Pass Project (Preston) - 15239242

The plants, compost, fertiliser, and stakes & shelters is required for landscaping purposes along the new Penwortham By-Pass, Golden Way to the A59 Liverpool Road, Penwortham. The supplies will be delivered to the Highways Service, who will then commence planting during October 2019 through to March 2020. The Authority proposes to enter into up to five contracts for these supplies. This is one contract per Lot.
